Created by 'Italy HLG' and the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia, "Business Development Academy" is the first continuing education course in Italy on "Business Development".Specifically targeted for professionals and entrepreneurs with a predominant scientific/technical background, the Academy aims at developing managerial, startegic and organizational skills and tools necessary to best identify and manage new business opportunities. Among others, participants develop competences in project management, business model innovation, opportunity evaluation, due diligence, negotiation and alliance management. The Business Development Academy consists of eight intensive days of education and workshops, that take place in Milan, between October and NovemberClasses are characterized by a substantial interaction between participants and teaching staff.
