Business Flow Solutions is a small firm which provides consulting services to small businesses. There are two strands to the consulting services offered, Customer Management and Process Improvement.• Customer Management – Lead generation to bring in new customers; work management systems to plan ahead; invoicing and debt collection.• Process Improvement – Using Lean Six Sigma practices, in a 6 Step Process, we help small businesses increase their productivity. Helping them to produce more for less.With the above two services, we can dramatically improve the performance of any business.The main barrier to management and consultancy services for small business is the cost. Lean 6 Sigma consultancy services can cost in the region of £1,500 per day, depending on the firm and level of service offered. In order to reduce these costs, and thereby make it affordable to small businesses, we provide training and advice to the business on conducting productivity improvements rather than project managing the work ourselves. We work with a nominated person within the business, guiding them through the processes and providing feedback on work completed.This way, our client is getting immediate benefit (and therefore value for money), as we will assist in the productivity improvements of the initial project. And thereafter, the business can embark on continuous improvement using the tools provided. Should any support be needed for further projects, this can also be arranged.
