Make the calls and get the meeting: based on actual prospects requirements the pipeline starts - immediate, probable, possible and maybe later. By ‘touching base' with prospects regularly, I ensure my clients are always ‘on their prospects radar'. Then, for every appointment/meeting I research and send you a pre-meeting note. It includes all relevant and background information that relates to the prospect and their level of interest. Report Progress: I provide you with regular progress reports. For small campaigns it is usually a simple spreadsheet that records notes and lead stages. For ongoing projects I use my own CRM system and internet based shared calendar or I am happy to work with your own CRM system(as long as I have access). I also call you regularly to update status on progress and develop our working relationship. How much does it cost? … I am happy to work on a mutually agreed per hour basis or a pay per meetings basis.The Pay per Meeting agreement includes an affordable monthly commitment/continuity fee which covers research, phone costs, pre-meeting and monthly reports etc. All confirmed meetings are charged on a ‘cost per meeting/appointment' basis.
