In November 2009, FACEO Group has acquired the company. Socomatel has been integrated in FACEO Group strategy and operation in order to create the European leader in Purchasing Service and create BUYPRO. July 30 2010, FACEO Group has been acquired by VINCI Group. In September 2011, BuyPRO has merged with EPSA Groupe. BuyPRO is certified ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 9001 EN120 (Aeronautics). On September 23, 2011, together with mjunction services limited (a joint venture company of Indian multinational steel company TATA Steel and Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), one of the largest steel makers in the world), BuyPRO and EPSA have signed on a MoU engaging themselves in the creation of a global consortium in procurement services.
