The Bank is a community oriented financial institution offering traditional deposit and loan products. The Bank operates over four banking locations in Maryland. The Bank is engaged primarily in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using such funds to originate one- to four-family real estate, mobile home, marine, farm, construction, multi-family, commercial real estate, and consumer loans. Its loan portfolio includes real estate loans, mobile homes loans, marine loans, other consumer loans and commercial loans. The Company classifies investment securities into one of three categories: held to maturity, available for sale, or trading.
