Group of skilled and passionate students is what makes the Department of vocational studies. The Department of B. VOC RMIT, a new course which started in 2016, became a full-fledged active running degree of 3 years and within no time expanded to more than just campus learning.With more than 200 students, B.VOC RMIT in no time established itself stronger and better than ever before in the Jesus and Mary campus along with other courses. The Department emphasises on practical learning through projects, internships and workshops on field level by experts drawn from both academia and industry.The students of the department of RMIT are prepared for the work-field through the rigorous internships that they go through each year with retail biggies like Reliance, Aditya Birla, Marks and Spencers and others. All of which enables them to have a job experience pre - job placements. The various events under the department are organised by the RMIT core team. The team is led by the office bearers followed by the department heads and the sub-heads for the Organising, Social media marketing and Research lead. The team comprises of young enthusiastic girls from all three years of the Department.
