Hey there! I'm Rachel, a freelance visual designer in Sydney, Australia. I am passionate about empowering women through education and advocacy.From 9-5, I work as an Assistant Learning Designer for University of Technology Sydney's Graduate School of Health. In my own business, I help brands, organisations and entrepreneurs in the women's health and empowerment space to visually communicate their information. This may be in the form of infographic design, purpose-driven campaigns, content creation, and more!As part of my freelance trade, I run the educational initiative About Your Body that empowers young women to learn about their reproductive system. About Your Body is a community that makes information easy to understand through illustration.In 2020 I was awarded a Yellow Pencil in the D&AD New Blood Awards, as well as a Gold Pin in the Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards. Alongside this, I hold Finalist and Merit titles from the Australian Graphic Design Association.
