///byn was founded in 2002 in Barcelona by the Architects Bittor SANCHEZ-MONASTERIO and Nicolas SALTO DEL GIORGIO.///byn Architecture and Design Studio is an investigation office, interested in new conceptual research, academics, and technology based design. From the beginning it was understood as a nomadic platform that should be flexible enough to travel around the globe. From 2004 till 2008, the practice moved to New York, and in May 2008 moved to Shanghai. Since May 2009, ///byn was a full-time operative office in its Shanghai base. Since March 2013 ///byn has a full operative studio in Sao paulo, Brasil.///byn offers the strenghth, energy and dynamics from a young design studio with the security of a top level international background. ///byn's works span from Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design and Event and Exhibition Design. ///byn's works have been published in the most renowned Architecture and Design magazines, websites and blogs all around the world.
