For 40 years, C.E. Schneckenflügel has specialized in manufacturing high-quality sectional flights. Driven by the desire to constantly become faster and more precise and economical for our customers, we focus on efficiency and digitalization. Our processes include automated incoming order processing, data transmission to production, fully automatic nesting, digital inventory management, CNC-controlled cutting, and production data acquisition.Quality is important to us in the materials we use, our manufacturing processes, and our personnel. We train our manufacturing employees ourselves. During that training, they learn our unique manufacturing process. This ensures a perfect human-machine rhythm that results in precisely manufactured sectional flights tailored to our customers' needs. In addition to standard designs with cylindrical or conical shapes, we offer special designs, such as toothed and perforated designs and designs with inclinations or boreholes. Our special process enables us to precisely machine all commonly used materials with outer diameters of 50 to 3,000 mm and thicknesses of up to 60 mm. Our technical competence and vertical range of manufacture allows quick reaction and delivery times. We are there for our customers: quick, precise, and at reasonable prices.
