We assist fabrication companies, make motor components, shop fittings, commercial and architectural ironmongery.The company started in 1960 manufacturing gas burners and initially used CAM and Plugboard Automatics which was state-of-the-art technology in its time. We pride ourselves with having a wealth of technological and design experience within the business including the use of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Machines. We have particular expertise in CAD/CAM software and can assist with all aspects of design, revision and in the refinement of your project.We strive always to keep up with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and with this in mind is constantly updating its stock of machine capability. The complete process is available for your project, from rough sketch to CAD drawing, raw material to finished component including plating, hardening, grinding, or polished finishes. We have experience with a vast array of materials like carbon and stainless steels, brass aluminium, plastics and even carbon fibre or superalloys like Hastelloy.Often our clients come to us with an idea of the product they want but without knowledge of the most cost/time effective method of manufacture.
