c-Link Systems (cLS) was created to pursue the use of fiber optics in automation but with a large number of automation companies, it was found not profitable, plus fiber optics though far superior to copper cable had limited acceptance. Today cLS designs and fabricates fully autonomous robot chassis, and has since 2003. One such unit is Volebot, who was designed for searching for survivors after a mine collapse. Our largest robot is Forager, the chassis comes as 6-wheel drive or tracks. The newest one is Omni Panzer, a smaller version of Forager with only tracks. Both chassis a what is know as omni chassis, they each have multiple function payloads that can be swapped out by the operator in under 30 minutes. There is no software to worry about it is all-inclusive. To this date, we are unaware of anyone with a similar system or group of functions. We can supply custom payloads for either chassis and can do a complete custom robot if required.
