We are a team of consultants from various industry backgrounds specialising in the art and science of safety management from a slightly different angle, i.e. looking from the perspective of Behavioural Based Safety (BBS). Our main objective is to share with you the skills and knowledge from our own operational experiences, from the world's best safety performers, from the academics and mostly from our clients like you, the real people who face safety challenges every day.Our wish is that you find value in our offering as many people have in applying BBS in their workplace so that incidents and injuries can be prevented. What we share are simple, practical tools and safety management techniques which we can use every day to make our jobs safer and more rewarding. As consultants, we find the job itself is very rewarding because each time we conduct our training or coaching, we just might be able to help save one or two persons from getting injured due to workplace incident from our sharing and from creating safety awareness in their minds. What more when our work could translate into saving precious lives. We also find that our job is very much similar to a journey as we never fail to learn new lessons along the way. We learn as much from our clients as they do from us. It is a never ending process; that's why we are so persistent in our efforts to promote BBS. Our motto is very simple: "It is all about people."
