C+A Design Group provides specialist technical design services for Owners/Developers. We do not supply any physical equipment, but we provide coordinated design services that integrate various combinations of Lighting, Audio Visual (Acoustic), IT & Telecomms, and Security systems.Projects range from Retail Centres, Hotels, Conference, Convention and Exhibion Centres, Studios, Theatres and Performing Arts and Entertainment Centre and Private Residences.Our practice originated in 1982 in Hong Kong but has now expanded worldwide to include regional offices with specialist personnel present within Europe, the Middle East, and throughout various Asia Pacific territories.Our design services fully address the technical requirements of the project by liaising with Architects and Interior Designers, Electrical, Structural and Mechanical engineers and other related specialist consultants. The service includes initial planning and development studies, detailed design, compilation of bidding documentation, return analysis, award of tender and finally supervision of the technical aspects of construction. Specialist Project management and design and compilation of Control software services are also available, if required by client.If requested, we monitor every aspect of the technical installation process through to commissioning, reviewing architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical systems to ensure that every aspect of the area supports the functional requirements or operation. Through site visits and a continual review of the contractor's shop drawings, we guide the various specialist sub-contractors in the proper installation of technical facilities and equipment.
