CCNG's Purpose: To assist Multi-Dwelling Unit ("MDU") owners/stakeholders in making the BEST decision for THEIR community regarding video, Internet, and phone (i.e., "telecom") services delivered to residents.CCNG's Narrative: The typical MDU stakeholder and/or influencer is not aware of the myriad of details required to "Get it Right" in terms of Right of Entry agreements, nor are they aware of the attached exchange between owners and providers for rights regarding wiring, marketing, and owner compensation.- Every building has different sets of wires and technologies, complicating what can be delivered to residents- Every community is different regarding what services are important to the majority of that community- Every telecom provider is different in terms of what is claimed and what is really delivered- Every ownership group is different in terms of short and long term plans for their buildingAll of these items must be weighed accurately in order for stakeholders to make the RIGHT decision(s) for their community.
