Cabled Up was a team of dedicated Telecommunications Technicians (qualified and registered per ACMA regulations) servicing homes & businesses throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.They had trained & gathered some of the best in Sydney and fostered the kind of work ethic you would expect from any Telecommunications Professional to do not only the right thing, but the right way, following ACMA regulations, Wiring Rules, and associated laws.Their technicians were also available through commercial contracts/agreements for larger corporations such as Internet Service Providers and Information Technology companies who had an on site support requirement for end users' telecommunications infrastructure. They we able to both take care of clients' requirements on site while increasing back-end efficiency by reducing response time between technicians, clients and any back end support team, with automated systems (such as email, SMS, outbound IVRs) and 24-hour direct access to their work management database through the Cabled Up HTTP API.It all started back in 2010 when two ex-Telstra technicians joined forces to fight the moral battle against Cabling Cowboys and their dodgy Backyard Bob workmanship in Sydney's west. The team was expanding consistently until mid 2015, building up a strong client base of both consumer and business customers along with a state-of-the-art proprietary customer management database and work management system, which was continually improved and upgraded to keep up with the changing requirements of clients & the industry.Their core value was, simply, Customer Satisfaction. It was their opinion that it seemed hard to find both individuals and businesses that deliver on the promises they made. This is where Cabled Up differed; friendly, respectful, and moreover, professional.Unfortunately the owners parted ways in mid 2017 and Cabled Up ceased trading before June 30.
