Each prospective acquisition is subject to comprehensive and rigorous assessment of current and historical data, exploration and evaluation. This process is overseen by one of South America's best regarded geologists – Angela Bossi – a Senior Member of our Management Team.Cabral Resources flagship project is the Bahia Iron Project consisting of over 120km2 of exploration tenements that are prospective to contain up to 743Mt of Itabirite Iron Ore with a target of 1Bt. Located within close proximity to the newly constructed East West Railway, a Valec Engineering and Bahia Government initiative, infrastructure and access exists to transport ore to the the Illheus Port. Cabral's Exploration Team of Chris Robinson and Mark Stephen will be conducting a First Pass Evaluation of the Bahia Iron Project early November 2010. Cabral, in conjunction with a Chinese State Owned Enterprise and an Australian listed resource house aim to develop the Bahia Iron Project and anticipate production to commence late 2012.
