Cabrini Outreach is the community and international development arm of Cabrini Australia, established to address social disadvantage. Drawing on more than 25 years of partnering with local and international agencies, we seek to contribute to the development of more inclusive, equitable and compassionate communities. We are informed by research that demonstrates social circumstances have a direct impact on an individual's health outcomes. Using this social determinants of health as a framework, we focus our efforts on delivering high quality, sustainable programs and services for disadvantaged communities, and we collaborate for greater impact. We work within Australia and Papua New Guinea, and partner with our sister organisations in Africa to strengthen their capacity in health service delivery.
