..."in 1998, I moved from Piauí to Rio de Janeiro bringing in my background my northeastern essence. Nowadays, I consider myself a cosmopolitan professional: cut out my umbilical lace with my origins, but I did not lose my roots." Formed in Business Administration and Photography (UNESA, Rio de Janeiro) and postgraduated in "Photography as Instrument of Research for Sociais Sciences" (UCAM, Rio de Janeiro), Sérgio Caddah works with fashion photography, advertising and editorial. His works have been published in several important magazines, such as Vogue Brazil, Vogue Home, Vogue Jewels, Vogue Man, Vogue Kids, Iguatemi, Shopping Leblon, TRIP, TPM, Marie Claire, Joyce Pascowitch Magazines, Poder, Modo de Vida, MOB, HOPE, Shopping Pátio Paulista, among others, composing a significant commercial portfolio that has an intrinsic use of poetical and social languages. As a voluntary of the "House of Support the Child with Cancer Saint Teresa" (CACCST), in Rio de Janeiro, he's been developing since 2001 photographic projects and playful activities in which photography is used as an instrument of social documentation, attracting more attention to this beneficent project.
