Cadée Distillery was created by Colin Campbell, a Scotsman with a passion for the natural environment and resources which the Pacific Northwest provides. Whidbey Island offers miles of Salish Sea coastline with salty ocean breezes and a bounty of natural resources similar to Scotland. We carefully age, blend and finish each barrel in this rare Isle of Whidbey climate to impart maritime notes into our blends. This creates spirits that are smooth, distinctive and award-winning. Our exceptional spirits are created from centuries-old family recipes, partnering with the best distilleries to create unique flavor profiles. Colin's desire is to offer spirits for all to enjoy, give back to the community, and measure his happiness and success within the day.
