We provide a high volume powder coating finish which is similar to steel powder coating except our finish is suitable for a variety of non-conductive substrate materials such as: · Fiber cement planks, panels, and trims · MDF – Medium Density Fibreboard · Wood (Natural and remanufactured specialty boards, etc.) · Composite paneling products · Many other materials, including metals! This revolutionary, patented technology is an environmentally efficient process that guarantees a less expensive, more consistent, accurate, and high quality finish that will last. It is a more dependable, durable and upscale alternative to traditional overlays and liquid applications. Cadillac Coatings uses an extremely efficient process that takes as little as two minutes from "start to stack." The process operates at approximately 25 feet per minute and does not require additional curing time, touch-up, refinishing or special handling. We also manufacture and sell powder coating machines including the sale of specific powders and support services.
