CadVision is located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with a full service range of architectural production and fabrication documentation, modular design development for affordable single-family housing, multi-family affordable and market and custom modular design development and interior design development spanning from the USA to the Asian Pacific Rim, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. From its conception CVD has participated in the design | development | delivery of projects from conceptualization to client and customer hand-over including urban and project master planning, project and field management, site logistics and qualified vendor management of large scale hospitality projects, commercial mixed-use projects, custom and modular planned community developments. Recently CVD has been retained by ACDL - Grand Hotel Casino to provide design services for the development of the first heavily themed water park environment complex encompassing architecture, interior design and management / installation currently under development. CVD has worked with major hotel, retail and commercial owner/operators and developers of heavily themed amusement parks and water parks as well as major architectural and interiors design development firms such as WDD, LVSI, WAT&G, Steelman Partnership, MGM-Mirage Group, the Jerde Partnership, HBA Singapore, Hong Kong Disney, OceanPark and Universal Studios Santosa just to name a few. Most recently provided design and construction / project management services for the delivery of several resort, modular mixed-use projects with various Governing bodies & agencies in multiple countries, cities, provinces and districts. Completion of design management of vendors for Disney Anaheim, Florida and Hong Kong, Ocean Park, Universal Studios Santosa. CVD regularly meets w/ and represented execs, owner group ceos and owners' reps ensuring that project criteria, brand consistency and design / construction methodologies and integrity is maintained.
