Café Chicago is a cooperative, workerrun coffeeroasting company that sells great tasting fair trade, organic coffee in the Chicago area. A project of the Latino Union of Chicago and the Chicago Coffee Confederation, Café Chicago not only creates jobs with some of the city's most vulnerable immigrant residents, but also funds the social justice and community organizing work of Latino Union at a time of dwindling nonprofit funding.
