Organic fair-trade coffee, freshly roasted\\Our delicious coffee is purchased at fair trade prices from cooperative farms around the world, and freshly roasted on our family farm in Clarence Creek, Ontario. We can't grow the beans, but we sure know how to roast them!!\\Joël's passion for coffee goes back many years. He started out roasting coffee in a pot on the tiny cookstove in his tiny apartment. Thankfully he's come a long way since then, and he now operates a small scale commercial coffee roaster on the family farm
