CELLC is a technology and software based company that has develop a smart-phone-based, retailer-interactive application and process. CELLC has its initial phase of the service offering complete and has completed negotiations with perspective retailers to start the initial service. This initial phase, already in service, has three complementary applications offered as part of the overall service offering:• User autonomous registration upon entering a retailer thus allowing service specific coupons and specials being offered by the retailer to be presented on the user's smart phone.• Virtualized associated frequent user cards. Each visit will add one more to the count to fill the card and receive a reward thus eliminating the need to carry or loose a punch card.• A utility program (Find-it FAST) which allows the user to enter a store item key word and have the location of that particular item displayed on the phone.
