To help cover server costs, we ask, but do not require, that up to 5% of the contract rate is paid.As we continue to grow, we will be exploring options such as adding advanced features available to paid members, but users not wanting to pay for extra services will always have use of the site and the ability to connect with employers.As a start-up website, our biggest marketing asset is our satisfied users.
