Personally, I am continuing to complete my LLb though it is difficult to concentrate sometimes because of all the other issues one has to face! However, I am re-launching my company soon that will focus more on employment law, and handling conflict. As I am ACAS Mediation trained I am currently involved with a great deal of conflict handling, mostly associated with employees' stress levels and lack of confidence and their specific levels of assertiveness. It is astonishing how many individuals lack confidence even at senior level but with basic principles to assist them the difference is amazingly discernible.I have posted a note as I am currently writing an article about harassment and bullying so if anyone would like to make contact I should be pleased for any worthwhile contribution!Sadie
