CallDoctor is a simple online communication platform where doctors and patients can talk to each other using an online voice call. The platform enables the patients to consult with doctors without visiting hospitals or clinics. The doctors can also help the patient from anywhere, anytime. To use the platform, all they need is an internet browsing device like a smartphone, a laptop, or a desktop, with an active internet connection. The system is very easy to use and the conversations between the doctors and the patients will remain confidential as the conversations are not being recorded.PLATFORM SCOPESNo geographical boundary: Any Bangladeshi doctor from home country or abroad can voluntarily help any Bangladeshi patient at home country or abroad.Open to all: Anyone who has a Smartphone, Laptop, or Desktop with chrome or Mozilla Firefox installed and an active internet connection in the device, can use the service from anywhere, anytime.Proximity-based call routing: A patient will be connected with a doctor based on proximity and availability. That means a patient will be connected to a doctor who is located nearest to the patient and available online. So, it will be convenient for the patient if s/he needs to attend the doctor in person at a later time. For example, a patient from Dhanmondi will be connected to a doctor who is in Dhanmondi at the moment of the call. If there is no doctor available at that moment from Dhanmondi, the call will be routed to a doctor who is nearest to Dhanmondi.
