Cambridge Literary Festival is the leading literary festival in the East of England, hosting two festivals each year (Spring Festival in April and Winter Festival weekend in November) and one-off events throughout the year with over 200 authors to more than 15,000 audience members.In July 2017, Cambridge Literary Festival launched Wimpole History Festival in partnership with the National Trust - a three-day outdoor festival with authors such as Lucy Worsley, Andrew Marr and David Olusoga plus living history, re-enactment, falconry, sword school and pop-up food and craft stalls.
