Both are business school graduates from Texas Christian University and Texas A&M University and are TCU Alumni Association's preferred realtors. Maria is bilingual in both Spanish and English. They are creative people and use their creativity through expert negotiations and engaging their business and clients. Sam and Maria are change makers and are focused on changing their community and the real estate industry. Sam and Maria have created and co-authored their Home Buying 101 workshop which has been attended by hundreds of participants at no cost. They have partnered with the following organizations to offer this free community event: TCU Alumni Association, Hispanic Women's Network and Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority Inc.
