Camps in Common is a non-profit corporation, founded in 2003 with the mission to promote and celebrate connections between nature, family and community at Oakland Feather River Camp in the Plumas National Forest. We create unique opportunities to advance environmental awareness, cultural diversity, and youth empowerment. We are committed to benefiting the residents of Oakland and the surrounding Bay Area through programs, partnerships, and providing opportunities for growth and development. Camps In Common is committed to building community and promoting respect for both human diversity and natural habitat.
