The CAEH leads a national movement of individuals, organizations and communities working together to end homelessness in Canada.Our Vision: To end homelessness in CanadaOur Mission: To create a national movement to prevent and end homelessness in Canada through the development of Plans to End Homelessness in communities across the countryOur Work: The CAEH has four core activities: raise awareness of homelessness in Canada; mobilize communities and government to commit to ending homelessness through 10 Year Plans; provide communities with the information, tools, knowledge and coaching necessary to develop and implement those plans; and proactively seek provincial and federal policy change to support ending homelessness.We'll be posting news from the CAEH, information on homelessness in Canada, announcements on new training opportunities and materials, as well as information on the National Conference on Ending Homelessness.
