Canadian Bicycle Recycling has been established to initiate a means of returning unwanted or abandoned bicycles back into the community. Too many bicycles arrive at the Canadian area landfills on a daily basis. These are bicycles that could and should be repaired and made available to many a rider in need. We are not a charity, nor do we pretend to be. We have costs associated with running the program like any business would. Our PICK UP service is FREE OF CHARGE, whether it is 1 bike or one hundred! We can even remove locks if needed. Building managers love us! No locksmiths or removal fees!. Some bikes get recycled, some get re-donated and others get refurbished and sold as affordable bike options
