Launched in early 2014, CIBRA was established in order to best serve the needs of Canada's Independent Bicycle Retailers and the industry their work supports and sustains. As an association focused on, and governed by the majority of independent bicycle retailers, CIBRA is the voice of the Canadian bicycle retail industry and its steward—ensuring that our members and stakeholders have access to the best tools, cost-saving services, and opportunities for growth and advancement in today's competitive retail arena.Our conviction is that together, as a critical mass moving in the same direction, we will accomplish our shared goals, make our voice heard, and empower our members to confront and overcome the challenges of surviving and thriving as an independent retailer. CIBRA's mission is to lead Canadian independent bicycle retailers, with the support of our supplier members, toward strength and excellence through focused advocacy, constructive communications and partnerships, and practical education and training programs.
