Canadian Stewardship Services Alliance (CSSA), which has evolved to Resource Recovery Alliance (RRA), was created in 2012 to represent the recycling interests of Canadian businesses, providing management and administrative services to businesses, and producer responsibility organizations, to meet their recycling obligations. In 2021, GFL acquired CSSA and formed the Resource Recovery Alliance (RRA) to continue to provide services to support the delivery of outstanding recycling programs and solutions while providing excellent service to producers to support their commitment to extended producer responsibility and sustainability.
