Candamill is a Brooklyn-based fashion label founded in 2012 by sibling designers Cindy and Cristian Candamil. They specialize in luxury leather handbags, hand-crafted from the finest materials in the heart of New York City. New Mid Century is the term the pair have coined for their design aesthetic, inspired by developments in design during the mid-20th century which rejected traditional approaches in favor of reinvention. The pieces also draw heavily from architecture in New York and around the world, embracing function, form and quality with equal weight. Taking a highly creative, industrial approach to hardware design, Candamill is committed to perpetual innovation while challenging our perceptions of what a handbag can be.
