Our aim is to change the local recruitment landscape by providing a genuine client centered approach to your recruitment needs. We earn our fees by providing the right people solutions for our clients and building long-term, long-lasting relationships based on successful recruitment and people placement. This starts with the first meeting (or call) and listening to our client's needs. We won't ever simply throw existing candidates at you if they aren't the right solution. Candour's aim is to work with clients to find a recruitment solution, not to just send large amounts of applications which is a waste of time for both you and us. The fact is that good candidates are not on the market for long, it is Candour's role to advise you of the candidates' situation requirements and any changes from inception of a recruitment campaign to successful completion. We will work with you throughout the selection process to find the most appropriate solutions to your recruitment challenges. Our consultants are not targeted on calls, meetings etc. we like to meet clients to learn about your business, it is important when selling a vacancy to non-active candidates that we are ‘on the same page' to the client.
