By implementing a regime of sowing monoceious seed/fiber hemp in 6" rows, our revolutionary technology is designed to cross-cut the field early, when the seeds have just set & effervescence is still alive in the field. The top 4-5'+ is cut off & left in windows to ripen. The leftover is cut @ 6" off the ground using an offset sickle bar & elevator that lifts each row into our proprietary RD2.0 ribbon decorticator. The hurd is chipped & blown into an accompanying trailer while degummed, ribbon is wound into 8000lb. bales that are taken offsite to be further processed into carbon & composite fibers (peeled ribbon deemed acceptable by CIC & Denis Rho of NRC advanced biomaterial div.)
