Detail is everything. It's the details that color a moment and make it unique.I picked up my first camera in 2006 just to mess around with. After someone borrowed and accidentally broke it a few months later, my parents got me my first SLR and I never looked back. What started as a pastime quickly became a passion, and I've spent the last few years building my skills, finding my style, and exploring photography's place in a world where it has become as easy as taking out a cell phone. This day in age we all have the power to capture the special moments, people, and places in our lives. What isn't easy is finding and emphasizing those little details that make these things special; there is a difference between capture and craft. I believe my job as a photographer is to blend reality with art. I don't just want to capture moments, but highlight the emotional aspects that make them special in the first place. It's the space between person, place, and memory I work to showcase and preserve, and I look forward to learning how I can do this for you.
