CanLaw is a Malaysian legal-tech startup. Our vision is a world with open access to justice. We are passionate advocates of justice and the rule of law. We believe we can ensure justice for everybody, by innovating legal services through the use of technology.The CanLaw Report is about opening access to justice through the power of online content. Our high-traffic social-legal news site is aimed at educating the public about the latest laws and legal news in a fun and engaging manner. We create highly shareable content based on current issues and social media trends, giving a fresh spin to traditionally dry legal topics.We also frequently conduct technology-adoption workshops and provide consultancy for law firms and lawyers who wants to bring their practice into the digital age.Our lawyer-discovery platform has won several awards and acknowledgements from major government, private and non-profit organisations nationally and internationally for providing the ease and transparency in helping the public find the right lawyer. An affiliate company of Brickfields Asia College (BAC), we are alumni of Khazanah's Project Brainchild pre-accelerator programme and are recipients of Cradle's CIP Catalyst grant. We are also finalists in the National Blue Ocean Strategy Competition 2016 and winner of the Maxis Inspire Challenge 2016.
