I have 25 years as a lawyer and partner in an innovative regional practice, with 12 of those years in full time management roles. I have created two bulk supply departments from scratch and project managed the introduction of Lexcel and IIP into the firm. I was one of the pioneers of Cloud computing when we outsource our complete IT function 10 years ago. I have recently retired from the partnership to take up a consultancy role and would love to help other law firms with the challenges they face in the areas of IT & Systems, Risk & Compliance, and Strategy & Management. I would bring a very hands on practical approach to problem solving and project managment.
