Council is concerned with overall direction and policy and does not direct the day-to-day operations or management of the College. Under the Direction of the Principal, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) prepare and manage the implementation of the College's strategic direction, ensuring that priority areas and projects are on task and on schedule. Aspects of the College which always attract the most comments from visitors are the politeness and friendliness of students, the passionate teachers, the wonderful ‘feel' of the campus, and the beautiful environment. As a College based on pathways rather than corridors, and trees for natural shade rather than man-made structures, it is not surprising therefore that visitors quickly appreciate the serenity of such a natural setting.
