Hello, my name is Natalie. About a year ago I came up with an idea to help the homeless. Every day millions of dollars are being thrown away right in our very own homes, place of employment, daycare's, grocery stores basically everywhere you look around! I feel I can relate to each individual I pass when driving down the street and I see them standing with street signs asking for change either for gas, a place to sleep for the night or something to eat. My life has been far from easy and I to was once homeless. I know how it feels not to know where your next meal is coming from, or where you are going to lay your head that night! I know how it feels to not know how you are going to be able to feed your kids or what challenges the next day will bring... I have been working hard on a plan to help individuals whether single, married, get off the streets and get ready for home ownership or a home to simply call their own! I am currently working on a way to connect with people so that I can raise the money to start my project. I believe my plan will be effective enough that we can help these individuals have a warm bed to lay in, a warm meal to satisfy their stomachs, transportation to get to and from appointments and employment.
