Each section has a set of workshops and classes.Developing a business Concept from the idea to execution – Orientation from the idea to the first offer, where is the income coming from, sales strategy, product or service development and its descriptions, who is our ideal client and positioning your business in the market.Organizing the company of your dreams: ownership – who will be part of the company, what legal structure the company has, the requirements to hire and the SOPs, the legal aspects of a company and the business process internally.Business Operating clock perfect – Financials, funding, production process and deliverables, IT systems, managing inventory and locations.Customer Relations creating loyal clients – Networking for business, Marketing, sales and services, Communication and PR, Branding.In addition, we have events for our members such as: The CEO Corner Breakfast and Happy Hour, Business trip to conferences and trade shows, industry specific Expos, an online magazine and a signature event our own ThinkTank.The services we provide are: company legal registration as a sole proprietor, partnership or Corporation. In addition, we develop business plans from the concept as a facilitator to developing financials and projections.
