Taking our collective 200 years of games industry experience, viral onboarding strategies which we used to get 30m sign-ups and 15 years of volunteer management in an online games context - we present our digitization platform Canyudo. ✔ To-do lists 👫 Sharing 🏆 Scoring 🌍 LocationThis project started life in a conversation between some officers and volunteers of an online game we publish (Omerta). This left the team thinking about ‘volunteers and the amazing value they bring to communities'.We want to recognise this, 'paying forward' what we understand about organising people and adding game design. At a time when popups, messages and notifications are driving many of us totally bonkers, we offer a service designed to cut through distraction and make life easier, harness nearby support and focus it where most needed.Canyudo aims to help managers and community builders do their stuff, underpinning human values in a joined-up world. We dare say that the quiet model we propose is something akin to ‘Web 3.0 Social' - of course this does not mean that Facebook's knees need to begin knocking - because Web 3.0 social is 100% action/service and 0% cute kitten gifs. So relax, Facebook and yes, you can keep your kitten gifs, etc. Context is king ;-)Canyudo is free to use for non-commercial users. - It is useful for organising everything from a BBQ on your lawn to World War III, on someone else's lawn.- It is designed by people who understand gamers and games.- To be a sticky, viral onboarding machine.- It links people who need things done with those who are nearby now and available.Take a look at our Seedrs page! www.seedrs.com/canyudo2
