The Cap Haitien Health Network provides logistics and coordination support across the public and non-government sectors in northern Haiti, with the goals of creating more coherence in the health sector and building capacity for organizations with a sustained presence in the north, with a special focus on the Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP). Our activities include supply chain management and information sharing.Supply chain management: 1. Aggregate inventory of supply donor partners.2. Gather information and assess needs in facility visits. We determine which facilities to visit through the input of MSPP and as informed by our prior visits.c. Distribute supplies to health facilities, only if appropriate criteria are met.D. Follow-up regularly, gathering information on use.Information Sharing: 1) Provide information on the functioning of public facilities and the activities of non-governmental organizations for the MSPP.2) Encourage NGOs to engage with the MSPP. 3) Respond to specific needs of facilities and organizations by putting them in contact with others who can meet their needs.4) Provide a website-based platform to support networking and resource-sharing
