Capacity Development Centre (CDC) is thus a Capacity Building Body that aims at strengthening the competencies of local NGOs, private sectors and government structures to effectively and meaningfully deliver required services in South Sudan. CDC works towards building the capacities of individuals and organizations to produce competent human labor and organizations to serve the needs of its people. CDC's Capacity Development Techniques bring people, Organizations, institutions and communities to discuss growth roadmap and debate their differences and resolutions that best suits them through traditional and modern mechanisms. CDC will build human and institutional capacity of local population for good governance and sustainable development in South Sudan, Uganda and Kenya. The CDC has empowered local government structures, civic society and private sector institutions in South Sudan, Uganda and Kenya. CDC supports capacity development through standardizing institutional policies of the local NGOs, strengthening the capacity of the not for profits board members and their roles in fundraise, technical support, knowledge generation and sharing to individuals, staff of NGOs and companies.
