We offer our independent agents and agency builders a comprehensive business system that includes all the tools needed to start and run a successful business: qualified lead generation; training; business coaching; infrastructure; carrier relationships; and more.Tammy and I have run a few businesses together since we met in 2000 and when we moved to Austin we quickly joined the ranks of Corporate America where I excelled in the technical fields. We were looking to get back into being business owners when we stumbled across Symmetry Financial Group. This opportunity was turnkey and we've already realized financial growth and life balance. And our Symmetry Financial Group partnership enables us to build our business to whatever size we choose, while leveraging the tools, systems, people--everything that Symmetry has invested in.One of the cornerstones of our business is work and life balance. People work hard to make a living, often forgetting the importance of making a life. It can cost us our health, relationships and time that we will never get back. At The Newsom Agency, we know that good people won't stay if those are the costs, no matter how much money they make. And we want good people to stay.For us, work is more than just the way we make money. It's an integrated part of our lives. In 2015, we had eight weeks of vacation, multiple retreats with our agents, and we "worked" from the beach.
