The core mission of the CGL is to deliver a grassroots community league which nurtures and emboldens the next generation of female footballers. We work to champion this interconnected community and harness grassroots football as a force for change and modernisation. We are a tri-county league launched as a joint venture between Middlesex FA, London FA & Amateur FA and 100% powered by volunteer hours allowing us to hero players of over profits at every turn. This season marks our 10th Anniversary of providing development and competitive football and The CGL have just been awarded Grassroots League of The Year 2021.
