Celma Ltd history reaches 1934, when Machines Factory was founded as a result of connecting Rajmunda Kisling craftsman's workshops and Gustaw Skrobanek workshop. The factory produced drills and grinders with the manual drive, field smithies, mortars, weights a.s.o. The development of the company followed after the World War II. In 1954 company undertaken production of craft tools: pliers, keys and others. The first electric drills were produced in December 1959. In 1973 a licence agreement was signed with companies Bosch and Holz-Her for the production of modern electrical tools. Cooperation with the company Bosch lasted to 1981 i.e. up to the expiration of the licence agreement. At that time in Celma Ltd. Goleszów facotry was equipped with the line for the production of rotors, the assembly lines (under licence Bosch) as well as into special machine tools. From July 2009 Celma Ltd. is included in a Capital Complex Group - which constitute dealing with the production and distribution of specialist precise apparatus for the mining, machines and the part of machines. The group is planning gradual widening the product offer under current and alson new brand and acqusition New Polish companies.
