With ten years originating experience, co-founder John J. Collins, has developed a mortgage IQ that identifies a borrower's unique needs and the specific loan programs that best meet them. John specializes in purchase and refinance mortgages ranging from $1M to $5M. His expertise, both as a mortgage broker and realtor, allows him to provide innovative solutions to his clients that maximize their savings potential. John A. Laine, Esq. comes with seven years experience as a Boston attorney and specializes in real estate conveyancing and estate planning. Coupled with his strong knowledge of financial planning tools, both traditional and non-traditional, John possesses a unique blend of skills to provide the highest level of Mortgage Planning to our clients. Because of relationships with handpicked lenders our Mortgage Planning Team can offer a tailored plan that works in conjunction with our client's investment and insurance portfolios and maximizes retirement and wealth management strategies, while reducing market risks.
